• Book transportation to/from tournament city (i.e. airline itinerary)
• Book hotel using the team block link listed above by the booking deadline
• Submit travel/accommodations survey (available 2 months before tournament date)

Tickets / Wristband information will be posted in January 2025. 

• Online Check-In will begin on Tuesday morning before the tournament at 8:00 am. 
• Wristband pick-up can be done by anyone in possession of the team’s QR code. If a club director or a coach is not available to pick-up the team’s wristbands on Thursday evening January 30, March 20 or March 27, the QR code can be e-mailed or texted to anyone else you would trust to represent the team.
• Wristband Pick-Up begins at 3:00 pm the day before the tournament weekend at the Championship Desk (or other designated area) in the convention center.
• The deadline for submitting a valid roster for the March event (3/21 – 3/23) is Wednesday March 19, 5:00 pm CST.
