Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between "Club" and "Regional" teams?
A: Our club teams are more competitive and travel to two (2) out of state tournaments to compete. They also compete in RMR tournaments. Regional teams do not travel out of state and will mostly compete in tournaments outside of the RMR.
Q: Is playing time in tournaments guaranteed?
A: Playing time in tournaments is not guaranteed. Coaches base playing time and lineups on a number of factors, including stats, attendance, and attitude. Every player is guaranteed equal opportunity for practice time.
Q: Are all practices, team training, and office time required?
A: Yes, practice, team training and office time are required and count for attendance.
Q: What is the attendance policy?
A: Players get three (3) excused absences starting in November. These are counted starting in the beginning of the season and cannot be "used" throughout the season. Unexcused absences result in missed playing time in tournaments. Our handbook has more details!
Q: My player and/or I have an issue with the coach, club or team. What do I do?
A: We encourage players to advocate for themselves when it comes to addressing issues. We require families to follow this escelation policy in order:
- Player/Coach conversation
- Player/Coach/Parent conversation
- Player/Coach/Parent/Director conversation
We find that the majority of issues are solved in that initial Player/Coach conversation.
Q: What are the uniform requirements?
A: All players are required to have:
- Uniforms
- Prime backpack
- Black spandex
- Athletic shoes and socks
More items to be added closer to the season.
Q: When should I get the schedule for tournaments?
A: Local RMR tournmaments will post their schedules on TM2Sign during the week prior to the tournament. You can check the video above for how to find the schedule, or wait for your coach to send the information.
Q: Does prime pay for player travel?
A: Prime does not pay for any player travel, including accommodation, transportation, food, etc.
Q: How do I know what the rules are for the facility we are playing at?
A: All RMR facilities and rules are listed on their website, located here.
Q: How far do we need to travel for tournaments?
A: Local tournaments (RMR and regional teams) can play from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.
Q: Our team is working the last game, but my child isn't scheduled do work. Do they have to stay?
A: Yes. This is to maintain the team atmosphere and keep all players accountable.
Q: Can we leave during a tournament?
A: Parents, friends, and other familiy members can leave tournaments at any time. Players are not allowed to leave until they are dismissed by the coach, who will confirm that all responsibilities have concluded for the team.
Q: We are new to club. How does my player learn how to ref?
A: We will be hosting a reffing clinic at Prime! Date announcement coming soon.
Q: Does Prime offer any fundraising or scholarships?
A: We will have anywhere from 5 - 7 fundraisers throughout the season. Some of these fundraisers are for players, meaning the funds go directly towards dues or travel costs. Others are team fundraisers, meaning the funds go directly towards the team.

How To: Using TM2Sign
TM2Sign is where you will find most of the schedules for the club season, including all RMR tournaments (Powers, Showdown, Classic). Note that other tournaments not in the RMR (Crossroads, travel tournaments, etc) may or may not be here.
